Product returns

You can change the items you received within 14 days of their delivery.

In case you are not satisfied with your order, you inform us by phone or e-mail stating the order code, the item code you want to return and the item code you want to re-order. Notify the cooperating courier company Speedex (courier), with which we sent you your order and make the change without any shipping charges. If you want to replace the item for the second time, you will be charged with 5 € for the return and with an additional 5 € for the new shipment.

If the new item is of greater value than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery (charge € 3) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lower value, we will send you a credit coupon and use it in your future purchase.

All changes are made to the current price of the products.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them

For Cyprus the charge of expenses for each change is 20 €.

ATTENTION: The items you return must be unused in their original condition with their cards, with the purchase receipt and their packaging intact. If the items have an internal print they must not be worn or damaged.

In case you do not want to buy another product to replace the one you returned, we will send you a credit by e-mail, the
which you can use within 60 days to make a new purchase.

All our items go through quality control to confirm that they are in excellent condition before shipment. In the rare case of a defective item, please contact our company customer service by phone or email: info@access-shop.gr stating your order number.
